• We would like to ask guests to please note our cancellation policy.
• A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 per room is required on booking.
• A reservation, verbal or otherwise, is a legally binding contract. 
• We are a small establishment and as such cancellations affect us but we do understand that sometimes the best laid plans go awry.  However, we should point out that we do require seven days notice of a cancellation or change to your booking.  Cancellations will result in a charge equivalent to the value of the first night’s stay.  We always do our utmost to re-sell the room but unfortunately have to charge if that proves impossible.
