It's a family affair

Head Chef is Justin Newitt.  Justin trained in the gastronomic town of Ludlow, Shropshire (at one time this small market town boasted more Michelin starred chefs than anywhere outside of London!)

He also did a stint at the AA2 Rosette gastropub, The Bell at Skenfrith, in Monmouthshire.  This was AA pub of the year for Wales whilst Justin was there.  Having learnt his trade, Justin decided to go back to full time education and three years later left Bath University with a Mathematics degree.  Just as we thought our son would take on a high powered, well paid job to keep us in our retirement, he decided he wanted to be back in a kitchen ... but this time is own kitchen.  So here we all are in East Tytherley.
